Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) Customers: Created the logic on SQL Server to provide details on Contact and Retention Rates of ACP Customers.

Medicare/Medicaid High Touch Priority: Created a high touch priority list to Customer Experience department of VillageCare and supported Member Services teams by merging flat files and using Excel Power Queries. Company makes outbound calls by referring to the list.

Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Reporting: built a Dynamic Excel Dashboard that shows the top 20 customers based on metrics such as FCR, AHT, TRP, SAM, Contact Rate.

Disney+ Activation Rate Reporting: Created an Excel Report by utilizing Power Pivot and Power Query. Report illustrates Activation Rates of Disney+ customers.

Excel file Automation: Automated Excel Files to send out reports on a daily basis through remote server. Script functions as refreshing the power queries connected to Excel File and saves it with yesterday's date in a directory defined. The script resulted in Spectrum's internal team to gain more free time on a daily basis.

Mention Rate Data Cleaning: Script pulls data from an internal Tableau server, cleans and transforms the dataset and loads it into destination csv file in SSIS proccessing folder for Data Engineering team.

OTC Analysis: VillageCare had an issue with members who did not know about their Over the Counter benefits. Script written analyzed and identified the members who were not aware of their OTC benefits. Member Services made out-bound calls to members who were in the script output.
